New addition in 2024: Stauffer Farm’s Corn Maze celebrates the local non-profit ‘Forgotten Children Worldwide’ and their 25th Anniversary which Stauffer Farm’s raises awareness and support for. The maze is open on the weekends only from September 21st through November 3rd.
Stauffer Farm’s Car & Craft Fest held October 4th-6th is a fall festival presented by Stauffer farms to bring the community together through local small businesses, food, and lots of fun for everyone. Car Show, Hay Rides, Face Painting, Kettle Corn, Apple Cider, Local Craft Vendors, Games, Bounce Houses, Mums, pumpkins and more !

Bluffton NOW! Bring on the Heat Chili Cook Off invites local businesses to challenge each other to the BEST chili around on October 5th. Registration is $5 per person and opens at 4:45p.m. at the Parlor City Plaza in Downtown Bluffton. Sampling is from 5p.m.-7p.m. as you walk to each business on the map provided. Cemetery Walk/My town Talk at Wells County Historical Museum will cover the town of Murray & Murray Cemetery on October 6th at 2p.m. Bring a lawn chair with you! Program will happen rain or shine. Bluffton/Fort Wayne South KOA will have site decorating, costume contests and trick or treating for it’s campers on October 11/12th and October 18/19th. Contact the office for more information at #260-824-0127.
Throughout the day the Fall Festival at Ouabache State Park will feature campsite decorating contest, campground trick or treating and additional activities from the seasonal interpreter and Friends of Ouabache including cider press demonstration, scavenger hunt, and cornhole tournament. | 4930 E. Owners of furry friends can join the Fall Hound Hike at Ouabache State Park October 19th at 9 a.m. The program is free however park entry fee applies. Be sure to dress your pup in a costume!

Trick or Treating at Markle Health and Rehabilitation on October 29th from 5-7p.m. will gift a free pumpkin to the first 50 children in attendance. Dress in your favorite costume and bring the family to the Boo In Bluffton on October 31st 5-6 p.m.at the Bluffton City Gym . Lace up your shoes for the W.O.O.F. Trail Run held on November 2nd starting at 9 a.m. The name, Wells Outrageous Ouabache “Fifteen”, was chosen because Wells Outrageous Ouabache Sixteen WOOS dosn’t sound as good. This autumn run is scenic through Ouabache State Park with the choice of 5 mile, 10 mile, 15 mile or 15 mile 3 person relay.
