Our mission at the Creative Arts Council of Wells County is to encourage, present, and promote the arts for the benefit of the community. We are the only arts organization in Wells County, and we offer a wide variety of arts programming through our Balentine Gallery, Wells Community Theater, School of Ballet, and other special events and classes.

Wells County Public Library

The Wells County Public Library, Located in Downtown Bluffton and Ossian, has countless assets and resources provided; Wells County Public Library’s Indiana Room for genealogy, Children’s programming, Teen Zone programming, meeting rooms for business or tutoring services, ongoing clubs & events, exceptional staff, and plenty more to explore by visiting their website.
